A 60 gram shaft sounds very light for a 3 wood. What’s your opinion on that?
seriously….. feels like a five year old has been let loose with the colors…..or they stuck with the yellow highlighter……just makes me think of work!!!………….not going in my bag!!!
I love it.
Can you do a top10 2015 fairway woods list?
Hi Rick, another top review, I’m thinking of picking up the 5Wd, have you hit it and if so what did you think?
WAY bigger head than the Covert 2.0 Performance.

in my opinion the three best fairway woods are: taylormade aeroburner, titleist 915fd, and callaway xr
Which is better the vapour speed or vapour flex for a high handicapper ?
I love these awesome reviews keep it up pleaseeee
Too big for me
I don’t like how you say its an game improvement club. Tiger and Rory both play the speed model, probably a prototyp though but the speed. And I guess they don’t need so much help, maybe Tiger now but …
+Rick Shiels PGA Vapour Speed Fairway or TaylorMade Aeroburner???
my nike vr 13 degree fairway is a bomber.
I don’t understand why companies are making fairway woods with such deep faces and then supposedly marketing them at the higher handicap players. If you struggle to hit that off the deck, so will most golfers. I wouldn’t use it as a driver replacement either because I’m perfectly happy with my driver, and I don’t see how this would be easier to hit than a driver with a 460cc head anyway.
I’d either go for fairway woods with shallower faces or skip the woods altogether and just have a hybrid or two.
Hi Rick, thanks for the reviews. It seams to me that for your game you’d be better off with a 2 Hybrid (16 or 17 degrees of loft) in your bag than a fairway wood, as you seem to be getting the same distance of the deck and because of your struggles with the fairway wood of the deck. Would you agree with that statement?
