Allow the pros to use rangefinders, eliminate the caddies. I’d like to see all pros carry their own bags and read the greens by themselves… 🙂

THP Golf TV says:

Very glad that Bushnell changed from the face plate to do slope to the switch. In our testing it is one of the best devices (along with Tour X) on the market for lasers currently.

Mark Ward says:

i use the monument golf holder with mine and it sticks to the cart and never fallen off yet , http://www.monumentgolfer.com/

Aaron Jeffrey says:

I have mixed feelings about the slope feature, i like the idea of knowing the exact measurement with an up or down hill shot. But if the rules say you can’t use that feature in competition, not sure why Bushnell would make it so easy to use without anyone knowing. I don’t think I like the idea of range finder’s on the pro tour because that is what makes a great caddie a great caddie, one that can workout and give the golfer the correct measurement.

Steve Woodgate says:

Alan, where’s the best place to get one?

Nathan Sheers says:

Yes hard to police the slope. But seriously how much advantage is the average golfer or club golfer really going to have over someone with no slope ? Just another thing to think about and not use your own instincts and awareness.

Dave Bucks says:

Thats not a great idea and so many will cheat but you have to hope golf is a game of honour and integrity but then again i seen how many blokes want to win during club comps. The only answer is to allow gps only and clubs will have to introduce local rules for club comps

Siengseu Pang Pang says:

The rule of using the Slope should be apply to Pro & Pro Am. Should permit the social & Recreation golfers to use the Slope even in competition. the purpose to educate the juniors and weekends golfers.

Toby Wild says:

Hey guys how bout a review or comparison for something a little more entry level. Something like the condor golf or pin loc items.

Evan Jones says:

I feel like if you play this, you announce to the playing partners how it works, and tell them feel free to check it anytime during the round. Otherwise, it’d be dodgy for sure to play against someone with that.

gary smith6 says:

YUP cheats paradise this one ..But it`s smart and IN your bag Alan …you must be minted!!

Siengseu Pang Pang says:

The Pro & the Pro Am should NOT permitted to use the slope. They are good enough to work it out.

Bob Pfaff says:

Club members should check with their club – some may just ban its use in completions full stop given there is no way to police slope function.

Mark Sheehan says:

How many fellas will play in comps with the slope on, I reckon a lot!
